Permanent Head Vet/ Clinical Lead Role *No OOH or On Call* - Durham - CS11920

My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Head Vet at their Independent SA practice based on the beautiful North East Coast. The practice has digital imaging facilities including dental X ray, ultrasound, endoscope, diathermy, ECG & BP Monitoring, dental equipment, tonometry, and an in-house Idexx lab suite. Key responsibilities include: Leading the clinical team Day to day management of the working / operating diary Recruitment and development of the clinical team Mentorship and implementation of staff training / CPD Development and roll out of practice working protocols and procedures Business development and practice growth In return, they would look to offer the following package: **Salary - up to £70K per annum (depending on experience)** Hours - 38hrs a week - See below* 1:3 Saturday mornings 8.30am - 12:00pm (consults only - rota will decrease as more vets are recruited) No OOH or On Call Holidays - 5 weeks plus statutory Bank Holidays CPD Allowance - £1500 Professional fees paid (RCVS & VDS) *They would look at either a 4 day week of 8.30am to 6.30pm shifts (including designated breaks), or a 5 day week with a mix of half and full / shorter days.
