Permanent Full Time Veterinary Surgeon - West Midlands - Ref: ST10514
My client is looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and hard-working team. This is a small animal position, working a four-day week, and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. You will be required to perform surgeries and consults, working up your own cases and providing excellent care to clients. Case-continuity is highly encouraged, so you will be able to see things through for your patients from start to finish. There are no OOH requirements.
They are a well-established RCVS accredited small animal practice with two sites located in the West Midlands. Their aim is to practice good medicine and they encourage continual professional development for all their staff.
As a team, they are friendly and supportive to one another and dedicated to providing the best possible care to their patients. There are four fantastic veterinary nurses in their team, along with a marvellous reception team. In house blood machine, blood pressure machine, Pan Opthalmascope, TonoPen, and Digital x-ray available on site.
They are looking for an RCVS registered small animal Veterinary Surgeon with previous clinical experience and the ability to perform routine consults and surgeries unsupervised. As they are a busy practice, you will need to be confident with routine surgeries and be able to perform these in a timely manner without assistance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting are essential, they are looking for someone who shares their values and goals.
