My client is looking for a caring, experienced Veterinary Surgeon for small animal duties. This role will be 4 days per week (08.30-18.30 and 09.00-19.00 shift pattern) with no OOH. You will be expected to take part in a 1:4 Saturday morning 8.30-13.00. Part time applications will also be considered. You must have good communication skills and provide excellent patient and client care. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking for a long-term commitment in a perfect location.

My client is a forward thinking, purpose built veterinary surgery set in Bedfordshire. They are a busy practice, with a very loyal client base. Pet health plans very much encouraged. They have a wide range of equipment, including in-house lab, digital x-ray, new ultrasound machine, and two theatres. They are a friendly and experienced clinical team with a great sense of humour!

As one of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, you will be expected to have comprehensive experience of routine procedures and good knowledge of more complex standard procedures e.g enterotomy. An interest in developing an orthopaedic service would be encouraged, but not essential. They are looking for a confident vet who is happy to support and mentor others and be committed to upholding their high standards of patient and client care.
