My client in the Kent area is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon that is looking to take the next step in their career in this more senior role.
They are looking for a lead Vet in the 2.5 veterinary practice. The practice is a small first opinion practice but small does not mean quiet. The practice is busy and thriving and looking for another Vet to lead the team to an exceptional standard. There is a great case load with allows opportunity to work cases up to a high level.
The clients are about the development of their team and so are will to help you strive to be the best you can be in any capacity you see fit. They are happy to support you through a certificate and further development.
They are looking for someone with small animal experience who practices to a very high standard using an evidence based approach.
There are partnership opportunities available for the right individual, so an interest/experience in business and leadership is also desirable.
This role covers 39 hours a week, spread across 4 working days per week, providing great work-life balance. The shift pattern includes 1:3 Saturdays.
Salary & Benefits:
A competitive package of up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance
£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum or pro rata and in-house CPD training
5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays
VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
