The Role

My clients are seeking a confident Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy clinic.

You will ideally have at least 3 years of small animal practice experience or UK equivalent.

This is in an ideal role for a proactive and confident vet to step into as their first leadership role.

Salary and Benefits

£67,700 salary package (inclusive of benefits)
5 weeks' annual leave (FTE)
4 weeks' paid sabbatical (after each 5 years of service)

Relocation allowances should you move more than 50 miles from your current home address. 

My client can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.

This is a well established clinic which provides a good range of services and is supported by a network of neighbouring practices, who provide orthopaedic referral services, 24-hour hospital care, CT and advanced U/S imaging, laparoscopic neutering and much much more. The region is filled with lots of fantastic vets and nurses, who work together to solve cases, care for their patients, help each other develop and most importantly have fun whilst doing it.

Nestled into a lovely parade of shops and cafes, the practice is a 5 minute walk away from Ashtead station, which offers direct trains into London Victoria. It also offers lovely green spaces, such as Epsom racecourse, Epsom Common and Ashtead Park right on the door step.
