An amazing opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced vet to lead our clients friendly team in Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to “take ownership” and really make the practice their own and drive the practice to make it the heart of the community. Salary and benefits: Salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave and in-house CPD training VDS, RCVS and BVA fees paid 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays Hours: 4-day week (09:00-19:00 / 39.37 per week) with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends Paid sabbatical after every five years’ service Company discounts and reward scheme Access to Employee Assistance Programme Additional benefits include: 100% attendance scheme and ‘Peternity’ leave The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. You must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. You will be confident working sole charge with the ability to make sound clinical judgement. The practice has a small but excellent team consisting of 1.5 Vets, 1 RVN, 1 SVN and a Receptionist.
