Salary, hours and benefits:
Industry leading salary
4-day week with 1:6 weekends
Hours 08:30-18:00 and 10:00-19:00 / 38.66 hours per week
£300 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available

Key accountabilities
In this role you will assist with financial and operational performance of the practice as well as the overall team performance and engagement.
You'll take pride in the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care, encouraging a progressive clinical culture. And, ensure compnay policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to by all of your team.
You'll work closely with the Lead Vet as well as the wider teams to ensure the general smooth running of your practice, from Practice Standards to Health & Safety, and ensure things such as debt is managed and controlled and any complaints are dealt with appropriately.
As a Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, you will develop and support your direct reports, holding one to ones and providing regular feedback on their performance.
From time to time you may need to assist your Area Manager with recruitment by meeting potential new team members during a practice visit, as well as taking action to create a positive environment that results in stable retention for your branch.
Skills and experience
This is a fantastic opportunity due to an internal move. It could suit an established RVN with previous experience in a leadership role or a someone ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position.
My clients are seeking someone who is eager to support and develop their SVN's and Veterinary Care Assistants. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience with Clinical Coaching, or keenness to become a Clinical Coach
