The role
This practice in Derby is looking for a Head Nurse/Practice Manager to join the team and take the reins at this busy practice.
The practice is in line for full refurbishment and they are looking for someone with the experience and enthusiasm to help lead the changes and help to fulfil it's potential as a great place to work that provides excellent care.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week and 1 in 4 weekends.

Key accountabilities
You will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring that the high standards of clinical care are met. There will be a mix of nursing and management of the team and branch. You will work closely with the Area Manager. Training will be given.
