Group Nursing Manager Position **£34-37k Salary** - Cambridge ref: 10296

My clients in the Peterborough region have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RVN with management experience to take the next step in their career as group nursing manager. This position would be full time, working a 40 hour week with a roughly 20% clinical requirement. The successful candidate will be overseeing a team of approximately 50 nursing staff members across multiple sites. You would be responsible for ensuring patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with your team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are adhered to at all times whilst providing outstanding patient and client care. For the successful candidate, a highly attractive salary package is on offer to include a salary of £34,000-£37,250 dependent on experience; RCVS membership; CPD allowance and exclusive company benefits.
