My client is looking for a forward-thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their great team based in Greater Manchester.


You will be joining the practice owner and veterinary surgeon, and the friendly and supportive team of 3 Vets (1 interested in medicine and 1 working towards a surgical certificate) 2 RVNS’s and a team of SVN’s, CCA’s and a practice manager. She has a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice and an interest in medicine and encourages her team to also pursue their own interests with support in certificates and a generous CPD allowance.


This growing and progressive practice are RCVS Tier 2 accredited, purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has state-of-the-art equipment, including a full in-house lab, ultrasound, digital x-ray, blood pressure, anaesthetic monitoring equipment and more. Orthopaedic cases are offered in-house along with BOAS and other more specialist procedures and they also have a travelling cardiologist visit them. Located in a busy residential area, directly opposite a train and near bus stations, there is a great variety of cases and flow of potential new clients with an increasing amount insured.


The practice is looking for an experienced or recently qualified Nurse who is passionate about their role; is sensitive to clients’ requirements and always promotes a professional image. Excellent customer service and patient care are extremely important to them, so they are looking for individuals who share their high standards and work ethos with effective communication skills and be enthusiastic about giving the best service to their clients.


This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 2pm). No OOH, no Sundays and Bank Holidays, ensuring an excellent work/life balance!
