Innovative Senior Vet Surgeon required by my client to lead their team. 

This is a small, busy practice situated on the beautiful East Sussex coast, close to the sea. The practice currently has 3 vet Surgeons, 2 SVN's and 3 support staff. They also work with local charities and are part of the RSPCA Neutering Scheme.

They are looking for someone to bring their own ideas to the team but also who can adapt to the current culture and methods of working. Ideally the candidate must be comfortable with all routine surgeries, medical work-ups and consultations. 

The successful candidate will ideally be looking to take the next step in their career and possess the ability to guide and help build their team. You must be a team player, with a positive can-do attitude.

40 hour week across 5 days
