Exotics Veterinary Surgeon - West Midlands - Ref RL10523

Our clients are looking for an Exotics Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. Consulting sessions are broken down by admin breaks to allow catch up time and also time to call clients with results and discuss cases. All patients in hospital are transferred to the main hospital before the end of the day. The case load is varied, they routinely see zoo animals as well as your small furries and feathered friends. The position is 4 days per week with 1 in 6 full weekends with TOIL. No OOH. You will join a large friendly team consisting of 25 Vets, 23 RVNS and 7 SVNS as well as a large team of supports staff. You must hold a certificate or diploma in Zoological medicine as well as experience in treating a wide variety of exotic species. In addition to your excellent clinical and communication skills, you will need to be a people oriented person, who is willing to support and guide your colleagues.
