Clinical Nursing Manager **New Role created** - Essex - Ref: SP15638

My client has created a fantastic new opportunity, for a Clinical Manager to lead the Auxiliary & Nursing  team across 2 branches. 

You will have close lines of communication with the Practice Managers and Head RVN from each practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervision and management of Auxillary and Nursing team

• Provide consistent and clear clinical and professional leadership

• Active participation in direct nursing care as leader and expert, either to cover sickness or for training/mentoring.

• Ensure a culture of high level customer service is instilled across all staff

• Support Practice Managers for implementing and monitoring health and safety standards and general practice standards, following RCVS guidelines

• Participation in management meetings, highlighting process and practice inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

• Monitoring stock (including ordering, rotation, stock takes), pricing, preferred choices and meeting Reps to discuss new products/deals. 

• Training staff and ensuring protocol /practice efficiency

• Ensuring compliance to medicine management policies
