Clinical Director - Norfolk - Ref BP13178

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Veterinary Surgeon/Co-Clinical Director to join the friendly team and work alongside the current CD. The role is working up to a 4 day week, time varies between consulting & operating. No OOH. They like to start the day by having morning rounds in order to discuss any inpatients they have in the practice, as well as making a plan for the day ahead. They have 4 full time and 1 part time vets across both practices, with an Advanced Practitioner in Feline Medicine. They are also lucky enough to be supported by an experienced team of 5 qualified RVNs, 2 SVNs and 1 ANA. They would like to employ an additional experienced vet, who is capable of sole charge and comfortable with a range of first opinion surgeries. However, they pride themselves on offering support to all members of the team, regardless of experience levels.
