Clinical Director **Full or Part Time applicants welcome** South East London - Ref: SP10581

Due to retirement, a rare opening for a Clinical Director has arisen at my client's practice in South East London - close to Brixton & Peckham. 

You will be leading a small team of experienced vets and nurses (5 Vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs & 2 VCAs) at a solely small animal first opinion veterinary practice. You will be able to motivate, inspire and support the team to deliver the highest possible standards of clinical care.

There will be a solid mixture of management duties along with clinical work to meet the needs of the business.

The practice is well known and highly respected in the local community.

Opening hours for the practice are 9am-7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am - 12pm (Saturday). There is no OOH

This would be a fantastic position either for an existing Clinical Director or a Veterinary Surgeon looking to develop their leadership and management skills as part of a smaller team. The successful candidate would need to be keen to develop their understanding of the financial and operational performance of the business alongside providing high quality clinical care.
